You know the boxes are left at the doorstep. I know, because I have boxes left at my front door, too. I’ve even received boxes for my neighbors (when they’re delivered to the wrong address) and yes, I take them over to the correct person. But not everyone does that.
I find it a hoot that Amazon actually posted this on their website: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: Within 36 hours of expected delivery
